Acceptable, but Problems Exist
power drill noisepushy room service
The noise bother me. I woke up to a power drill noise. It came from the next room as I needed rest. Room service was pushy and came into the room often. I even say I need more time. It ruins my stay. The service do not ask if I am okay during checkout, and did not reply to my complaints weeks later.

Wonderful City Stay

The hotel location is superb, with easy access to many attractions by foot. The room was very clean and spacious, offering a comfortable stay. I found the breakfast buffet quite extensive, with a great selection of foods. The gym and sauna facilities were also a nice addition to my stay.
I experienced an issue where the curtains did not block out enough light. This made it difficult to sleep well each morning. I suggest better curtains.

The staff were helpful and kind . Reception staff member Louis Garcia, in particular, was very professional. I found them efficient with all requests.

The hotel location offers an easy walk to Brandenburger tor and Mall of destinations. Ubahn access is located right by the hotel for ease of access. I found great convenience to many restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacies, and grocery stores nearby.

I was thrilled with the central location. Many landmarks felt close. our room was modern and clean. It felt so new! the bed was one of the best i have ever slept on. i loved our courtyard garden view. It was quiet and so peaceful.
i was a little disappointed that our room was not serviced one day. after the second night, i requested tissues because we had used them all. it was a minor inconvenience, but i hoped for consistent service throughout our stay.

The hotel's location provided great access to the nearby museums. It was so convenient. we walked to museum island and the opera house easily. everything felt close and accessible from our hotel.

Our room felt spacious and well-appointed. Everything was comfortable and luxurious. complimentary water and coffee were provided daily. It was a thoughtful touch. the bed was huge and wonderfully comfortable. I melted into it each night.

The room was a Beautiful Double Room City View. The room had very comfortable beds and blackout curtains. I slept soundly. I found the included safe box very useful for storing valuables. There was complimentary water replenished daily, it was a nice touch.
The gym was a bit small and did not have enough free weights. I had to wait for equipment.
